Job Description

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES 
 • Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service & Marketing) and model-driven apps 
 • Build C# plugins, custom workflow activities, and custom APIs
• Write client-side scripts (JavaScript/TypeScript) and web resources 
 • Develop PCF controls (React/TypeScript) 
 • Build Power Automate flows and Power Apps (canvas/model-driven) 
 • Build and maintain Azure components — Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault 
 • Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE — Sales, Customer Service, and core CRM processes (lead-to-invoice, case management) 
 • Lead functional discussions with clients and business users — gather requirements, run workshops, and translate business processes into D365 solutions 
 • Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend configuration vs. customization 
 • Develop Power Pages portals and Copilot Studio agents 
 • Integrate D365 with external systems via Web API and Azure services 
 • Manage solutions, ALM, and deployments (Azure DevOps / Power Platform Pipelines) 
 • Configure security roles, business units, and teams 
 • Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and support production issues 
 • Participate in requirement analysis, estimation, and code reviews.

 Nice to Have 
 • AI implementation or integration experience (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Copilot in D365, AI Builder) 
 • AppSource / ISV product experience 
 • Certifications: PL-400, PL-600, MB-210

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA/M.Sc. IT).
